We are a small business run from our home in North Wales. We believe that it was part of God's plans and purposes to take on the business when the last owner decided it was time to retire. The business is run mainly by Debbie with support from her husband Martin.
Debbie has suffered from depression for many years and the prescription from the majority of medical practitioners she has seen has been structure and purpose rather than pills and potions. She enjoyed using her web design and development skills to produce the new website which more than amply filled her time in the months of 2021. The interaction with customers is beneficial, especially when they are happy with the quality of the service they receive. The positivity created by a successfully fulfilled order does wonders to lift her mood!
We are committed to keeping the supply chain of ties to the UK and continuing to serve the community of MS and other sufferers who buy the ties. We didn't buy the company to make a profit. Success will be measured in terms of a growing loyal customer base rather than the revenue they generate.
